Today was day 2 of our 24 day challenge. Upon waking up we found we each had lost one pound. I found that the spark is working great but I do have to remember to eat due to nursing, I am on a modified cleanse. I'm feeling great though! Abraham says he feels better today than he did yesterday though right now he is fighting off a cold. We have also made drinking the water a bit of a competition which makes it more fun every time we finish our 20 ounce cups; we see where the other o\ne is at.  :) We are hoping that you join us on this journey of health and weight loss!!
