Day 11

We are on the 11th day of our 24 day challenge. We are feeling great with our weight loss and have kept it off. Today was the first time we had our meal replacement shakes. They are super yummy and filling. We are shooting for an awesome lifestyle change and found that this simple was the perfect place to start. We are hoping that if you are interested in losing weight and changing your life for a healthier future you will join us at our friend's home for a mixer. 24 Day Challenge Product Details

Today is Day 7. We are excited about Advocare products and it's just increasing.
Abraham has lost 6 pounds and I have lost 5 pounds. We both have seen and felt the difference; from tired all the time (due to our newborn) to energetic parents. We feel blessed to have found the 24 Day Challenge from Advocare. A real step toward seeing our "Pre-wedding" physiques again. 24 Day Challenge Product Details

Day 3 -6

We have been super blessed by this new product and health change in our lives. Sorry we have not posted... We went to a Marriage conference and I have been sick.
So anyway Lets talk about results so far.
Abraham has lost over 5 pounds as of this morning and I have Lost 4 pounds and we are feeling much better. Even with being sick I have felt like I have had energy and Abe says he feels great. We are still hoping that you guys want to join us.

24 Day Challenge Products

Today was day 2 of our 24 day challenge. Upon waking up we found we each had lost one pound. I found that the spark is working great but I do have to remember to eat due to nursing, I am on a modified cleanse. I'm feeling great though! Abraham says he feels better today than he did yesterday though right now he is fighting off a cold. We have also made drinking the water a bit of a competition which makes it more fun every time we finish our 20 ounce cups; we see where the other o\ne is at.  :) We are hoping that you join us on this journey of health and weight loss!!
